Creating Framed Stationery
Continued on Page 3 ~ Click the Next button
(Page 2)
When you click on Extra Properties, this window will open. (see below #1)  The first thing you want to make sure you do is to put a check in Use the extra properties box.   Then in Fixed Dimensions, change the numbers in the Width and Height boxes to the width and height  of your Paint Shop Pro graphic. (if you saved my graphic on page 1 of this tutorial, the width is 402 and the height is 264). (NOTE:  In the screen shot below  #2, the width and height are the actual size of my graphic when I created this particular stationery.)

After you enter your Width and Height,  look for
Background image.  This is where you will click Browse (see #2) to find the graphic you created in PSP or the my graphic you saved from page 1 of this tutorial.   You should then see your graphic appear. (see #3 below)

Notice the black border around your graphic!  Now we will find out how this will aid us in aligning our text.

Looking at #2 screen shot again (see above)  look at the Message Text Area - Margins - Left - Top - Bottom - Right.  The numbers shown here will move the black border around your graphic as you increase and/or decrease them. (NOTE: The numbers you see in this screen shot are the numbers I put in for the stationery I created.  You will need to change these numbers if you are using your own graphic or my graphic from page 1 of this tutorial)   Try this.  Put 100 in the Left box.  Then at the bottom, notice the TEST button.  Click on TEST and you will notice how the left black border moved.  You will also notice that the left border still needs to come over further.  Soooooo, simply keep increasing the number, clicking on TEST, until you get the left margin where you want it.  This is how you do the Top, Bottom, and Right margins.  Use the TEST button frequently, until you get your margins to your liking.
